Land Development

Encore acquires entitled residential land and adds value through perfecting entitlements, optimizing product diversification, installing basic infrastructure (utilities, sewers, streets), and structural improvements, then selling finished lots to homebuilders.

Single Family (For Sale)

Encore builds and sells single family homes. Projects have ranged from urban high-rise condominiums to suburban master planned communities and everything in between. Encore is currently focused on affordable, entry-level housing including first-time homes and active adult centered projects.

Multifamily

Encore develops and operates rental apartment communities. Encore focuses on neighborhoods and sub-markets near employment centers, transportation, recreation, and entertainment – where people want to live, work, and play.

Single Family Rental (SFR)

Encore develops and manages single family rental (SFR) communities, providing residents alternative and affordable housing solutions in detached and lower density, more socially-distanced settings.

Mixed Use

Encore has developed and operated resorts, hotels, office buildings, retail/commercial centers, live-work spaces, and other property types in urban and suburban settings.

Opportunity Zone

Encore is an active participant in the Opportunity Zone market. Encore is currently investing in the development of multifamily and townhome rental properties in Opportunity Zones for long-term (10-year) hold periods.
